If for any reason you want to return your order or your order was not delivered on time or lost by Royal Mail we will fully refund you within 30 days.

How do I return my item
Please inform us of your intention to return your product by contacting us first. When you contact us we will give you information about the postage process. Returned goods will only be accepted when we have been informed and our postage used.
- Email us first to obtain postage details. Attach images of the items when you contact us.
- The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
- The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
- If you return your order within 14 days for any reason, we will fully refund you including the postage.
- If the item is damaged by Royal Mail we will fully refund you including the postage.
Delivery Information
We ship worldwide from the UK with Royal Mail. Dispatch time is two working day. Meaning orders are posted 48 hours after payment is received. Orders are posted daily at 2PM excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Free UK delivery for orders above £100. See our FAQs.
